Righteousness Through Faith

Without faith it is impossible to please God. Period. That’s what the writer of Hebrews tells us in chapter 11, then he goes on to describe the faith of the saints who have gone before us. He describes the faith of Able, Noah, Abraham, Sarah, and many more. These are people, like you and me, that made the deliberate choice to believe God’s promises are true – even when those promises sound impossible. They had faith in God, and it was counted to them as righteousness.

Today is no different for us as believers. We have heard the word of the Lord and how righteousness WILL prevail, but it seems so impossible. It appears as if the wicked have prospered once again, leaving us helpless to watch as they destroy everything this nation was founded on. Don’t believe it! We walk by faith, not by sight.
– By faith Noah built the ark to save the righteous from rain that had never been seen before.
– By faith Abraham traveled to a land he had never seen before.
– By faith Moses led Israel through the Red Sea walking on dry land (impossible!!)
– BY FAITH, THE UNITED STATES WILL THRIVE IN RIGHTEOUSNESS AS THE WICKEDNESS IN GOVERNMENT IS REVEALED AND REMOVED BY HAND OF GOD.

Have faith in God, and when you start to waver, read the scriptures. “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” (Romans 10:17) Read the Word, speak the Word, pray the Word. The more time you spend with God, the greater your faith will be. Let us encourage each other singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs.

Be strong, and may the Lord bless you and keep you!
Griff
